Adam is a South Carolina native, born and raised in Columbia. He attended Clemson University and graduated in 2013 with a degree in History. He returned to Columbia to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2017. He also served as the President of the Intellectual Property Society during law school. Adam moved to Greenville in 2018 after accepting a position as a law clerk for the Honorable Robin B. Stillwell in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. This experience taught him how a judge views the trial process and plea process, as well as how to better evaluate arguments in the courtroom and avoid common mistakes trial attorneys make.
Following his time clerking, Adam became an Assistant Public Defender in Greenville County. During this time he had the opportunity to represent and help hundreds of people throughout Greenville County. It gave him the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the Greenville County Courthouse and build his experience in defending clients from prosecution. Adam aims to bring this experience and his drive for defending others to the table as a partner at Touma & Fedalei. He is licensed to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina, with most of his cases being based in Greenville and upstate SC.
Adam is a proud Syrian-American. As a son to a Syrian immigrant and a local South Carolinian, Adam learned focus, dedication, and hard work from his father, and inherited his drive from his mother. Adam enjoys judging mock trial competitions for middle and high school students, visiting with his family, and spending time with his dog Arno.
